The Horeca Hub is Alimentaria’s new flagship space dedicated to the Horeca channel. Designed as a versatile stage, it combines large auditorium formats with simultaneous sessions across various areas. Its diverse and dynamic programme has made it one of the main attractions of the fair.
grup gsr has contributed to the design of a key part of this programme, curating the activities led by some of the most renowned names in gastronomy, thereby strengthening the connection between haute cuisine and Horeca industry trends. Throughout the days of the fair, the space hosts showcookings, talks, tastings and live demonstrations aimed at offering inspiration and insight to professional visitors.
With this new proposal, Alimentaria broadens the scope of its gastronomic experiences by incorporating a more cross-cutting view of the sector and enhancing valuable content for the hospitality and restaurant industry.
